Step 1

Fill in the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Mariah will then schedule you in for a consultation over the phone or over FaceTime and discuss your goals and how she can work with you to get you the results you want and answer any questions you may have.


Step 2

After step 1 she will then create a tailor made training package to match your goals, budget and availability. This can include PT sessions, gym workout plans, nutrition support and more. Whatever you need to get results whilst working to the budget and time you have.


Step 3

She will then schedule your first session or get you set up with everything you will need and get to work! Working closely with you to keep you on track and progressing towards your goals.
